Your mission as a Customer Advisor

Your main role will be to act as the primary contact for our customers. You will be responsible for:

• •Supporting prospects and customers by resolving issues or providing information.
• •Actively contributing to promoting our brand image and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• •Effectively managing complaints.
• •Being an ambassador for customer satisfaction!

How will you do this? Through inbound calls, emails, letters, and potentially interactions via social media. (No cold calling involved!)

Our recruitment process
