Tu rejoindras l’équipe Benelux de Domestic & General. Ta mission : détecter des opportunités, conseiller les clients et proposer des solutions de protection à forte valeur ajoutée, tout en garantissant une expérience client exemplaire et le respect des normes de conformité...

📍 Vous devez résider en Espagne (sur la péninsule) .

💼 Responsabilités principales

Identifier des opportunités et proposer des solutions de protection adaptées aux besoins des clients.
Gérer plusieurs outils avec efficacité pour fluidifier le parcours de vente.
Valoriser chaque échange grâce à des techniques de négociation et de closing maîtrisées.
Garantir la conformité en appliquant les processus et standards qualité.
Communiquer en français avec une approche commerciale, professionnelle et orientée résultats.

🧩 Profil recherché

Maîtrise du français (indispensable).
Solides compétences commerciales : négociation, persuasion, sens du résultat .
Excellente communication, écoute active et capacité d’adaptation.
Aisance digitale et gestion multitâche.
Flexibilité, esprit positif et ouverture au feedback.

🎁 Nous offrons

Salaire annuel brut: 21.825,51 € + 1 .300 € de prime de compétence = 23.125,51 € bruts par an.
Télétravail 100 % , ou mode hybride si tu résides dans la Communauté de Madrid.
