THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Consolidations & Financial Reporting Manager to our Finance team in the United States !

Reporting to the Corporate Controller and working closely with our external reporting team, this person will lead the use of AI and automation across our accounting and reporting processes, redesigning how we close, consolidate, report, and document so the work is faster, more automated, and well controlled. A key focus will be supporting the preparation of our quarterly and annual external financial statements and disclosures. The role also supports technical accounting and SOX compliance and owns our global financial consolidation. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

YOUR IMPACT

Lead AI automation and adoption across accounting and reporting processes: identify high-volume manual work, automate it with AI tools and agents (such as reconciliations, flux analysis, data aggregation, disclosure tie-outs, and first drafts of memos) with appropriate review over AI-generated output, and help the Accounting team adopt these practices.

Build, document, and maintain AI-enabled workflows and reporting automation, including in Pigment and NetSuite, and track the time saved and quality improvements they deliver.

Support the external reporting team in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements and footnote disclosures, including populating and tying out financial statement tables, maintaining supporting schedules, and coordinating inputs from Accounting, FP&A, and other teams.

Prepare supporting analyses for external reporting, such as flux and variance explanations, key metric reconciliations, and disclosure checklists, ensuring internally reported figures reconcile to externally reported results.

Support technical accounting by researching accounting questions, preparing recurring memos and analyses (such as capitalized software and impairment assessments), supporting updates to the accounting policy library, and assessing the reporting impact of new accounting standards.

Support SOX compliance, including the design, documentation, operation, and remediation of internal controls over financial reporting, partnering with Internal Controls and process owners.

Perform independent reviews of financial reporting schedules, disclosures, and reporting packages to maintain appropriate segregation of duties.

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation process across a multinational, multicurrency entity structure, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation.

Own lease accounting under ASC 842.

Support the accounting integration and system migration of acquired entities.

Support debt covenant compliance reporting and coordinate with internal and external auditors on reporting and control requests.

Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

WHO YOU ARE

A hands-on, daily user of AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT, with concrete examples of work you have automated or redesigned with them.

Experience building your own AI workflows or agents, for example with Claude Code or Codex, to automate recurring work such as intercompany eliminations, consolidation tie-outs or disclosure checklists is a strong plus.

SEC reporting experience, including preparing or supporting quarterly and annual financial statements and footnote disclosures for a public company.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred

6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a combination of Big 4 public accounting and public company industry experience preferred.

Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, including experience researching and documenting accounting conclusions.

Working knowledge of SOX 404 and internal control over financial reporting.

Hands-on experience with financial consolidations in a multinational, multicurrency environment.

Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP; experience with Pigment or similar tools, disclosure management software (such as Workiva or ActiveDisclosure), or SQL/Python a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and flexibility to work in a fast-growing, exciting, and agile business.

We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently. We strongly encourage all aspiring applicants to go for it, even if they don't match the job description 100%. We welcome your application and will be delighted to explore if you could be a great fit for our team. For this specific role, please note that prior experience with AI tools, SEC reporting, and accounting are mandatory requirements.
