Construction Laborer

We are seeking a Construction Laborer to support our Project Managers in maintaining our project job sites to a safe and presentable standard.

Experience

Must have at least two years' experience in a laborer's position

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean DMV record - REQUIRED

Expectations

Job site cleanup

Clear debris and haul to dump

Pick up materials and deliver to job sites

Minor demolition as needed

Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

Able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, stoop, and climb, (sometimes on uneven surfaces), and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Constantly communicate in-person, virtually, and from a range of distances

Able to drive and have access to reliable transportation to get to our headquarters and client sites within 30 minutes driving of headquarters.

Full-time, direct-hire position located at one of our Bay Area job sites.

The base salary range for this role is between $20-$27/hour.
