Are you great at quality assurance observation with a keen eye for identifying roof installation quality?

GENERAL PURPOSE
To effectively apply Mantis methodology in the facility (roof, walls, pavement, and energy) inspection process for Facility Management Solutions projects and to provide quality assurance observation on projects as needed. The primary duty will surround Quality Assurance Observation, but other duties may include roof surveys, pavement surveys, and building envelope surveys.
***PAY RANGE: $30-$40 an hour (depending on experience and certifications you hold), plus Per Diem when traveling (as dictated by each state/county worked in) ***
