## Aufgaben

  • Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Auswahl und Implementierung von ERP- und CRM-Lösungen
  • Analyse der Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden und Erarbeitung passender Lösungen (auf Basis der Software mesonic WinLine)
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Endbenutzer und Administratoren
  • Entwicklung individueller Anpassungen und Erweiterungen in ERP- und CRM-Systemen
  • Unterstützung bei der Integration von ERP- und CRM-Lösungen in bestehende IT-Infrastrukturen

## Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Betreuung von ERP/CRM-Systemen (bevorzugt "mesonic WinLine")
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
