IHRE ROLLE

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Consultant für Applikationsmonitoring (m/w/d), der/die an Projekten der digitalen Transformation im Luft- und Raumfahrt- sowie Verteidigungssektor mitwirkt.

Sie sind Teil eines internationalen Teams und arbeiten unter der Leitung eines Projektleiters bzw. einer Projektleiterin.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebs der Monitoring-Plattformen, die Überwachung kritischer Infrastrukturen sowie die Verbesserung der Systemverfügbarkeit in einem anspruchsvollen industriellen Umfeld.

Die Tätigkeit wird ausschließlich am Kundenstandort in Ottobrunn ausgeübt.

Für diese Position ist eine Sicherheitsüberprüfung erforderlich.

Diese Stelle ist ab Oktober 2026 zu besetzen.

IHRE AUFGABE

  • Überwachung von Infrastrukturen, Servern, Netzwerken, Applikationen und Services
  • Analyse von Alerts und Incidents zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Verfügbarkeit und Performance der Services
  • Fehleranalyse und Unterstützung bei der nachhaltigen Behebung von Störungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen Teams
  • Klassifizierung, Priorisierung und Eskalation von Incidents an die zuständigen Support- und Engineering-Teams
  • Nachverfolgung von Tickets bis zu deren erfolgreicher Lösung
  • Administration, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Monitoring- und Observability-Plattformen
  • Konzeption und Entwicklung von Dashboards, Alerting-Regeln sowie relevanten KPIs
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Runbooks und Prozesse
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Monitoring-, Incident-Management- und Betriebsprozessen
