  • Beratung der Zedenten zu gewünschten Rückversicherungsstrukturen und Konditionen
  • Platzierung der Verträge im Retrozessionsmarkt
  • Informationsaufbereitung und Analyse der Daten
  • Anwendung aktueller Quotierungsverfahren / Pricing-Tools
  • Erstellung von Vertragsunterlagen für Rückversicherung und Retrozession
  • Betreuung der Kundenenbeziehungen
  • Betreuung der Beziehung zu Retrozessionären / Rückversicherern durch Besuche und Reisen
  • Administration und Kontrolle der Konditionen der Rück- und Retroverträge

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften/Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit staatlich geprüfter Fortbildung, vorzugsweise in der Erst- oder Rückversicherung
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Erst- und/oder Rückversicherung
  • Von Vorteil sind erste Kenntnisse im Underwriting in der Industrieversicherung, idealerweise in der Sparte Engineering, auch im internationalen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Selbstständigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und Entscheidungsfreude bei der Erledigung der genannten Aufgaben unter Berücksichtigung zeitlicher Zielvorgaben
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit internen und externen Kunden
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie die ausgeprägte Bereitschaft, sich in neue Aufgabenfelder einzuarbeiten
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
