  • Vertrieb Marktansprache: Du analysierst Dein Einsatzgebiet, akquirierst zielgerichtet Neukunden und baust Dir ein nachhaltiges B2B-Netzwerk auf.
  • Partnerschaftliche Beratung: Als zentraler Ansprechpartner begleitest Du Kundenunternehmen wie auch Kandidaten kompetent durch den gesamten Prozess.
  • Personaleinsatzplanung: Du steuerst den optimalen Einsatz Deines Personals bei den Kunden vor Ort und bereitest die Mitarbeiter bestmöglich vor.
  • Talent Scouting Recruiting: Du identifizierst passende Fachkräfte, führst qualifizierte Interviews und begleitest den Auswahlprozess bis zum erfolgreichen Match.
  • Administrative Prozesse: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Backoffice verfasst Du Stelleninserate, erstellst Verträge, steuerst die Lohnvorbereitung und erstellst Zeugnisse sowie Dokumente.

Consultant (m/w/d)

  • Eine erfolgreich absolvierte kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein absolviertes Studium.
  • Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb und/oder in der Personalberatung sind wünschenswert.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit verschiedensten Menschen.
  • Eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Kreativität bei neuen Herausforderungen.
  • Ein gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B.
