  • Neukundengewinnung B2B-Sales: Du analysierst den regionalen Markt in Pritzwalk, sprichst Entscheidungsträger gezielt an und baust dir ein stabiles Kundennetzwerk auf.
  • Beratung Matching: Du begleitest Kundenbetriebe sowie Kandidaten partnerschaftlich durch den gesamten Besetzungsprozess.
  • Recruiting: In Kooperation mit unserem zentralen Talent-Team steuerst du den Bewerberprozess, führst Interviews und wählst passende Kandidaten aus.
  • Personaldisposition: Du planst und betreust deine externen Fachkräfte für ihre Einsätze beim Kunden.
  • HR-Prozesse: Zusammen mit dem Backoffice erstellst du Verträge, schaltest Anzeigen und bereitest relevante Daten vor.

Consultant (m/w/d) Recruiting Vertrieb

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium.
  • Erfahrung im Personalsektor ist gut ndash; aber kein Muss: Wir freuen uns ausdrücklich über engagierte Quereinsteiger mit Hands-on-Mentalität!
  • Freude am aktiven B2B-Vertrieb, Verhandlungsgeschick und Eigeninitiative.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und eine zukunftsorientierte Anpacker-Mentalität.
  • Einen Führerschein der Klasse B für Termine vor Ort.
