  • Tasks Konfiguration, Betreuung und Optimierung von SAP-HCM-Prozessen,
  • insbesondere in den Bereichen Payroll, Personaladministration und
  • Zeitwirtschaft. Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender
  • SAP-HCM-Systemlandschaften. Beratung der Kunden hinsichtlich
  • Prozessverbesserungen und Systemoptimierungen. Eigenverantwortliche
  • Übernahme von Aufgaben und Teilprojekten. Möglichkeit zur
  • Weiterentwicklung im Bereich SAP SuccessFactors und Employee Central
  • Payroll. Profile Erfahrung in der SAP-HCM-Beratung. Kenntnisse in SAP
  • Payroll, Personaladministration und/oder Zeitwirtschaft. Erfahrung in
  • der Konfiguration, Optimierung und Kundenberatung. Strukturierte und
  • selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Gute Deutschkenntnisse. We offer Gehalt
  • von bis zu 120.000 € Fixgehalt plus monatlichem Bonus, abhängig von
  • der Erfahrung. Überwiegend remote, mit ca. 20 % Reisetätigkeit.
  • Flexible Arbeitszeiten und 30 Urlaubstage. 40-Stunden-Woche.
