The Data & Insights Business Consultant is a strategic, customer-facing role that partners with leading brands to deliver impactful digital experiences through Adobe’s latest applications. The ideal candidate brings a strategic approach to align technical capabilities with high-impact business outcomes. As a leader proficient in the AEP environment, you'll partner with clients to turn business objectives into actionable strategies across data collection, customer segmentation, journey orchestration, marketing measurement, and data insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technical consultants, data architects, and enterprise architects to deliver integrated solutions for customer use cases.
  • Guide strategic discussions and translate client’s use cases and key performance objectives into business requirements and specifications.
  • Develop relationships at all levels within client digital marketing teams and maintain regular and appropriate communication with them.
  • Lead multiple client engagements at a time and establish expectations appropriately to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
  • Deliver customer-facing presentations, documentation, and enablement materials (e.g., business requirements docs, data dictionaries, value playbook).
  • Mentor and train internal and client teams; contribute to thought leadership through enablement resources and content creation.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities and client interactions.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years’ experience in strategic, customer-facing roles, with hands-on enterprise software implementation.
  • At least 2 years' direct experience with two or more applications (CJA, RTCDP, AMM, Analytics). A plus if there is strong familiarity with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Audience Manager, Target).
  • Ability to engage customers holistically to identify growth opportunities, recommend next-phase initiatives, and expand the customer’s solution footprint through compelling, cross-solution storytelling.
  • Experience working with multi-channel customer data, from data collection and activation to measurement and actionable insights.
  • Understanding of data schemas and APIs, querying data using SQL, and performing data validation.
  • Comfort with leading live, unscripted working sessions and demos while engaging both technical and business audiences.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience consulting on AI/ML capabilities in SaaS solutions with enterprise customers.
  • Experience in vertical industries (retail, finance, healthcare, etc.).
  • A plus if candidate has advanced-level studies in business consulting, digital marketing, statistics, and relevant analytics fields, or digital transformation.
