Zur Verstärkung unseres Consultingteams suchen wir ab sofort eine(n) motivierte(n) und serviceorientiert tätige(n):

### Consultingmitarbeiter/-in SAP Business One

(m/w/d)

Von Berlin aus kümmerst Du Dich um die Implementierung von Neukundenprojekten und unterstützt unser Team im Bereich Bestandskundensupport.

  • Implementierung von SAP Business One im Rahmen von Neukundenprojekten und Anpassung des vorhandenen Lösungsumfangs
  • Datenmigrationen über MS-Excel
  • Ausarbeitung von kundenspezifischen Vorgaben in Abstimmung mit der internen Entwicklungsabteilung
  • Erprobung des Systems inkl. Simulation kundenspezifischer Prozesse mit Testdaten
  • Unterstützung im Bestandskundensupport
  • Durchführung von SAP Business One Anwendertrainings zur Verstärkung unseres Schulungsteams

## Profil

  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Consulting kaufmännischer Lösungen, idealerweise SAP Business One
  • erfolgreich Ausbildung zum IT-Systemkaufmann/ -frau oder relevantes Studium
  • versiert im Umgang mit Transact-SQL
  • Verständnis über Herausforderungen und Prozesse kleiner mittelständischer Unternehmen
  • Erfahrung im Bereich der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung
  • Kommunikative und soziale Kompetenzen, kunden- und serviceorientierte Arbeitseinstellung
  • Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
