Consultor Sr de Estrategia de Talento

Contaremos contigo para:

Ejecución de proyectos enfocados en liderazgo, desarrollo y gestión de Talento

Análisis de reportes

Acompañar a los equipos para desarrollarlos en tiempo y en forma

Investigación de Mercado

Lo que necesitas tener:

Carrera en administración, psicología, ingeniería, etc

Experiencia: 2 a 3 años de experiencia en consultoría de estrategias de talento (Korn Ferry, Price, AON, EY o una consultoría)

Experiencia en proyectos

Excel: Intermedio, base de datos y tablas dinámicas

Inglés: B1 Intermedio

Uso de herramientas de IA
