Consumables Technical Support Analyst

As Liner Support Team Member in SAMER, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality 3D scan processing and wear analysis that directly improves customer productivity and liner performance. Working closely with regional colleagues and Global & Central Engineering, you will transform field data into valuable insights, enabling data-driven decisions and sustainable service solutions across crushing operations.

The Liner Support Team supports the Crushing Consumables Service Lines Crushing & Milling by delivering reliable 3D scanning, wear analysis, and technical inputs for customer reporting, proposals, and global engineering initiatives.

Your responsibilities

• •Perform 3D scans at mine sites
• •Review and assure quality of incoming 3D scans
• •Process scan data to support standard and advanced wear reports
• •Improve field data quality for wear analysis and reporting
• •Support wear report governance and turnaround targets
• •Collaborate with Global & Central Engineering on standardization initiatives
• •Support business opportunities with wear analysis and technical validation
• •Identify and report business opportunities from service activities

What you bring

• •Strong technical background in crusher and mill liners, able to read and understand mechanical drawings
• •Proven experience with 3D scanning and wear analysis
• •Solid understanding of installed base and service operations
• •Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and field data
• •Structured and detail-oriented working approach
• •Strong collaboration skills in regional and global teams
• •Proficiency with CAD or engineering tools is an advantage
• •Able to travel up to 75% for domestic travels
• •Must be physically able to climb onto structures and stairs in industrial plants and mines
