Ripco Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and member-focused Consumer/Mortgage Loan Processor to join our collaborative Loan Team. This position plays a vital role in supporting consumer and mortgage lending operations by assisting members, preparing loan documentation, coordinating with third parties, and ensuring loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant.

As a Consumer/Mortgage Loan Processor, you will provide exceptional service to members by assisting with loan-related inquiries and supporting the loan process from application through closing and funding. Working closely with Loan Officers, members, dealers, title companies, and insurance providers, you will help ensure a smooth and efficient lending experience while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist members with loan inquiries and support consumer and mortgage loan processing.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate loan documentation, closing packages, and related records.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third parties to obtain required reports, documents, and insurance information.
  • Support indirect lending, loan servicing, and post-closing activities.
  • Ensure loan files are complete, compliant, and provide administrative support to the lending team.
