What You Need

• ✔️ Full-time availability (Mon-Fri) – Visa holders must be eligible for full-time work
• ✔️ 6-12 months of recent call centre or high-volume phone-based experience
• ✔️ Customer centric mindset, you care about providing an A-class customer experience
• ✔️ Resilience & a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
• ✔️ Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
• ✔️ Professional references from previous employers
