  • Du erstellst Inhalte für unsere gesamte Marketing- und Sales-Kommunikation, von Website und Blog bis hin zu Social Media, Newsletter, Ads und Sales-Materialien.
  • Ob Text, Bild, Banner, Animation, Präsentation oder Video: Du bringst Inhalte von der ersten Idee bis zur Veröffentlichung eigenständig auf die Straße.
  • KI gehört zu deinem täglichen Werkzeugkasten. Du arbeitest mit Tools wie Claude, entwickelst eigene Workflows und testest kontinuierlich neue Möglichkeiten zur Content-Erstellung.
  • Du entwickelst Creatives für Kampagnen, erstellst Varianten für Tests und leitest daraus konkrete Learnings und Optimierungen ab.
  • Gemeinsam mit Marketing und Sales übersetzt du unsere Positionierung in Inhalte, die Reichweite schaffen, Interesse wecken und zu Demo-Anfragen führen.
  • Du betreust unsere Social-Media-Kanäle, insbesondere LinkedIn, und entwickelst bestehende Formate weiter.
  • Eigene Ideen, neue Formate und kreative Ansätze bringst du aktiv ins Team ein und setzt sie eigenverantwortlich um.
  • Du arbeitest bereits intensiv mit KI-Tools und kannst konkrete Ergebnisse vorweisen, beispielsweise in Form von Texten, Bildern, Präsentationen, Animationen oder Videos.
  • 2 bis 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der operativen Content-Erstellung, idealerweise im B2B-Marketing oder SaaS-Umfeld.
  • Ein aussagekräftiges Portfolio mit eigenen Arbeiten, gerne inklusive KI-gestützter Projekte.
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Sprache, Inhalte und visuelle Gestaltung. Du musst kein Designer sein, erkennst aber qualitativ starke Inhalte und hinterfragst KI-Ergebnisse kritisch.
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Content für verschiedene Kanäle wie Website, Blog, Social Media, Newsletter oder Performance Marketing.
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Regelmäßige Präsenz im Münchner Büro ist für dich selbstverständlich und du schätzt kurze Abstimmungswege sowie die Zusammenarbeit vor Ort.
