Du bist zu Hause auf Social Media und bewegst dich sicher auf Instagram, TikTok und Facebook. Du kennst die Mechanismen, Formate und Dynamiken dieser Kanäle, weißt, wie Communities ticken – und Markenverständnis sowie CD/CI sind für dich selbstverständlich.

Hinter erfolgreichem Content siehst du mehr als eine gute Idee: Du verstehst deine Zielgruppen, denkst in Formaten und Storys und weißt, dass Timing, Abstimmung und eine starke Umsetzung den Unterschied machen.

Du nutzt KPIs, um zu verstehen, welcher Content funktioniert, leitest daraus Learnings ab und entwickelst deine Inhalte kontinuierlich weiter. Dabei arbeitest du kreativ, strukturiert, vorausschauend und gerne im Team.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Eigenständige Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von kanalspezifi schem Social-Media-Content
  • Erstellen kunden- bzw. branchenspezifischer Captions
  • Einfache Grafi krecherche und -bearbeitung
  • Anlegen von Beitragssponsorings
  • Abstimmung mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen
  • Nice to have: Kenntnisse in Videocontent für Social Media (Aufnahme, Schnitt etc.)
  • Nice to have: Erfahrung im Community Management
  • DEIN PROFIL:
  • 1–2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Social Media
  • Sicheres Verständnis relevanter Plattformen, schnelle Aneignung neuer Features
  • Hoher Anspruch an Recherche und Rechtschreibung
  • Organisiert, strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Canva
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
