Content Creator - Product/Tech Video

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and technically literate Content Creator to build the full content ecosystem for algoQA - from Academy videos and training materials to product explainers, demo recordings, and community content. You will own the shift from feature-based to use-case-based content, telling the story of AlgoQA from the user's perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Produce and maintain algoQA Academy training videos, exercises, and certification materials
• •Establish and enforce , design standards across all content.
• •Create videos, recorded walkthroughs, and online demo content for marketing and sales use
• •Develop written content for the Wiki, knowledge base, community forums, FAQs, and onboarding flows
• •Collaborate with Trainers to ensure video content aligns with structured academy curriculum
• •Maintain a content calendar and ensure all materials are updated with every product release
• •Support community building: create discussion starters, FAQ content, and engagement posts across community channels
• •Gather feedback from users, CS team, and support tickets to continuously improve content quality and coverage

Skills & Qualifications:

• •3–6 years in content creation, technical writing, or video production - ideally in a SaaS or technology context
• •Proficiency with video editing tools
• •Ability to understand technical product workflows and translate them into clear, user-friendly content
• •Excellent written communication skills in English
• •Experience producing content for both internal (training) and external (marketing) audiences
• •Ha nds-on experience using Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) for content creation, documentation, scripting, research, or productivity.
• •Strong prompt engineering skills and the ability to evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

Understanding of SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), content analytics, and multi-channel content distribution strategies
