Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Content Writer / Editor with excellent English writing and editing skills, preferably from the SaaS/technology industry. The role involves creating, editing, and refining AI-generated and technical content to ensure accuracy, clarity, readability, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit, and proofread blogs, technical content, product documentation, and user guides.
  • Review and refine AI-generated content for grammar, accuracy, clarity, and quality.
  • Simplify complex AI, SaaS, and software concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
  • Maintain brand voice, tone, and content style guidelines.
  • Collaborate with technical writers and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
  • Incorporate feedback and deliver high-quality content within agreed timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • Experience in content writing, editing, or technical content development, preferably in SaaS/technology.
  • Excellent English writing, editing, proofreading, and grammar skills.
  • Familiarity with AI writing tools such as ChatGPT and other AI content platforms.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS, software products, and technical concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
