  • DEINE AUFGABEN: Erstellung und Gestaltung von Einkaufsverträgen unter
  • Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher, rechtlicher und technischer
  • Anforderungen Prüfung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender
  • Vertragsvorlagen und Vertragsstandards Vorbereitung und Durchführung
  • von Vertragsverhandlungen mit Lieferanten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem
  • Einkauf Analyse und Bearbeitung von Vertragsänderungen, Streitfällen
  • und vertraglichen Risiken während der Vertragslaufzeit Beratung
  • interner Fachbereiche zu vertraglichen Fragestellungen sowie Schulung
  • und Unterstützung von Einkaufsmitarbeitenden DAS BRINGST DU MIT:
  • Abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium in Rechtswissenschaften
  • oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung Mehrjährige, mindestens
  • 5-jährige Berufserfahrung im Rechtswesen, insbesondere im
  • Vertragsrecht Fundierte Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Verhandlung
  • von Einkaufs- und Lieferantenverträgen Ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches
  • und technisches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung im internationalen
  • Programm- und Lieferantenmanagement Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und
  • Englischkenntnisse, sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie
  • Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick WIR GARANTIEREN DIR:
