  • Führung von Besprechungen zu Verträgen mit möglichen Beratern (m/w/d)
  • Koordinierung zwischen Legal, Compliance und Sales Managern (m/w/d)
  • Verhandlungen führen mit Beratern (m/w/d)
  • Saubere Erstellung, Prüfung und Ablage von Dokumenten im Rahmen der Tätigkeiten von Beratern (m/w/d)
  • Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung und Koordination von Vertragsthemen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung der internen Freigabeprozesse

Diese Stelle kann an den Standorten in Unterlüß oder Kassel besetzt werden.

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Recht, Vertragsmanagement, Sales Management oder Compliance
  • Praktische Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragswesen und juristischen Know-how
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen
