  • Prüfung von nationalen und internationalen Verträgen mit vertrieblichem Schwerpunkt, u. a. auf Basis von Musterverträgen
  • Schnittstelle der Vertriebsorganisation in der DACH Region zur Rechts- und Compliance Abteilung
  • Organisation und Nachverfolgung der internen Genehmigungsläufe zwischen Vertrieb, Geschäftsführungen, Finanzbuchhaltung, Legal und Compliance
  • Datenpflege und Archivierung (Vertragsmanagement-Tool, Originalverträge etc.)
  • Führung und Anlegen von Vertreterverträgen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Jura, Wirtschaftsrecht oder BWL mit dem Schwerpunkt Recht
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bearbeitung von internationalen Verträgen von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der wehrtechnischen Branche von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Sicheres Urteilsvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte präzise zu verarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
