Für unseren Kunden aus der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie suchen wir einen erfahrenen Contract Manager Procurement (m/w/d). In dieser anspruchsvollen Expertenrolle gestaltest Du Beschaffungsverträge, begleitest komplexe Verhandlungen und berätst interne Stakeholder zu rechtlichen und kommerziellen Fragestellungen im internationalen Beschaffungsumfeld.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • die Erstellung, Prüfung und Weiterentwicklung von Standard-Beschaffungsverträgen
  • die Vorbereitung und Durchführung komplexer Vertragsverhandlungen
  • die Verhandlung von Vertragsänderungen und Settlement Agreements
  • die Identifikation und Bewertung vertraglicher Risiken und Chancen
  • die Analyse bestehender Verträge bei Streitigkeiten oder Änderungsbedarfen
  • die Beratung interner Fachbereiche zu Vertrags-, Geheimhaltungs- und IP-Themen
  • die Unterstützung und Coaching von Procurement-Mitarbeitenden
  • die Entwicklung und Durchführung von Trainings im Vertragsmanagement

#### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

  • ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehr als fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertragsrecht
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Verhandlung von Procurement-Verträgen
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
