Your Profile

• •Lead and manage a team of contract specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality, efficient contract negotiations and reviews.
• •Oversee the professional development of team members by identifying training needs, coaching them on legal and negotiation skills, and helping to expand their legal expertise in relevant fields.
• •Ensure the team’s alignment with company goals and standards, promoting collaboration and fostering a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating legal risks.
• •Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to team members, offering constructive input and identifying growth opportunities.
• •Promote a collaborative environment within the legal team and cross-functionally, working closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth contract lifecycle management.
• •Ensure that the team adheres to project deadlines, upholding quality control in the contract review process and mitigating risks effectively.

Your Role

• •Lead and manage client transactions independently, providing comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• •Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of commercial agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Software License Agreements, Subcontracting Agreements, and other client, partner, and supplier contracts.
• •Conduct direct negotiations with clients, their legal counsel, and other counterparties while collaborating closely with internal business,
• •Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs), identify legal and commercial risks, articulate key concerns, and prepare deviation lists and mitigation strategies.
• •Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and standard documentation to improve efficiency, consistency, and risk management.
• •Review, draft, and manage inter-company agreements across group entities to ensure contractual consistency and regulatory compliance.
• •Stay abreast of applicable laws, regulations, and industry developments,
• •Support legal teams across multiple jurisdictions by providing guidance and assistance on cross-border matters when required.
• •Design and conduct legal awareness, knowledge-sharing, and capability-building initiatives to strengthen team expertise and drive continuous development.
• •Support commercial litigation, dispute resolution, claims management, and related legal proceedings.
• •Evaluate the impact of new and evolving regulations on India operations and update contractual frameworks, policies, and processes accordingly.
• •Represent the Legal function during internal and external audits.
