Qu'est-ce que ça fait un.e contremaître concassage ?

Assurer le bon fonctionnement des opérations de concassage et le respect des standards de qualité

Effectuer les inspections régulières du concasseur et des équipements connexes

Valider et faire respecter les pratiques en santé et sécurité au travail

Planifier, coordonner et superviser les arrêts mécaniques

Gérer l’inventaire et assurer le suivi des pièces critiques

Gérer et suivre les quantités de matériaux bruts

Compléter et assurer le suivi des cartes de travail

Former, encadrer et soutenir l’équipe de concassage

Qu'est-ce que ça prend ?

3 années d’expérience sur un concasseur

Leadership positif et bonne gestion de la pression

Bonnes connaissances mécaniques (un atout)

Expérience en supervision d’équipe (un atout)

Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Excel

Maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
