  • weltweit auf Kurs bleiben. Deine Tätigkeiten Zentraler
  • Ansprechpartner (Single Point of Entry) für unsere nationalen und
  • internationalen Großkunden Überwachung der Lieferkette und
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung vereinbarter SOP-Standards Kontrolle des
  • Auftragseingangs sowie der definierten Arbeitsprozesse Täglicher
  • Kundenservice, inklusive Reklamations- und Schadenabwicklung sowie
  • Zollabfertigung IT-gestütztes, proaktives Sendungsverfolgung über
  • ZAS & myDSV Erstellung und Aufbereitung von KPIs, Reportings und
  • Analysen Dein Profil Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Spedition und
  • Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Großkundenbetreuung / im Vertrieb sowie im
  • operativen Tagesgeschäft Kenntnisse innerhalb der Logistikbranche,
  • idealerweise im Bereich Landverkehre Hohe Sozialkompetenz,
  • Kundenorientierung und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten Sichere
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere
  • Fremdsprache von Vorteil Sicherer Umgang in den MS Office Programmen
