Requirements

Skills/Experience:

• •Minimum 5-7 years progressive accounting experience, preferably in healthcare, physician practice, or professional services environment.
• •Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.
• •Experience managing accounting teams and financial operations.
• •Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and revenue cycle management.
• •Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• •Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• •Proficiency with healthcare practice management systems, EHR/EMR platforms, and accounting software.
• •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
