Business partnering with NBI operations in China

• •Be part of Regional NBI Operations FBP Team: animate, propose, contribute to global projects & challenge the way we monitor OPERATIONS Performance - Cascade Key messages & Key Projects to Chinese FBP Networks
• •Be able to restitute Operations Performance and identify Actions plans to deploy
• •Manage India Medium Term Plan and check alignment with the Manufacturing function's competitiveness and productivity objectives
• •Manage the budget construction and provide support to this region in connection with Group Ambitions and manufacturing function targets.
• •Ensure standardization of methods and practices for the purpose of the function consolidation considering that many sites are outside of our standard IS
• •Challenge the Area Leadership Team through the monthly performance review process in connection with Manufacturing Excellence and Process Performance and monitor manufacturing performance roadmap
• •Manage the Forecast process and in particular Fixed costs
• •Develop strategic studies on behalf of the function and the investment committees

China Project Portfolio Manager (PPM)

• •Work as Local PPM to manage the portfolio of the investments in China; prepare business plans for investment project BP, support project to pass Group IC gate review
• •Organize projects review for all commercial investment projects and PXB higher than 0.3MRMB
• •Drive the improvement of the ROCE of the product lines and associated assets in a cross-functional context
• •Support Group PPM to build short to long term capex plans, monitor its implementation through periodic reviews and updated
• •Support capital allocation and footprint initiatives taking place in China

Requirement：

• •Problem solver, spirit of initiative and a strong ability to adapt quickly in a very fast moving environment
• •Result oriented, hands on, committed, with strong planning and execution capabilities
• •Pragmatism, common sense, straight to the point
• •Team player, comfortable in a matrix environment and able to interact with Senior Management (Asia or global LT’s)
• •Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal. Be able to explain complicated things to non specialists people, make education
