Aufgaben

  • Übernahme der Budget- und Forecastplanung für die zu betreuenden Geschäftsfelder und Fachbereiche
  • (voraussichtlich Geschäftsfeld Medizinmarktaufsicht und Bundesamt für Sicherheit im Gesundheitswesen)
  • Erstellung von Business Case- und Forschungsprojektkalkulationen
  • Beratung der Führungskräfte in wirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
  • Durchführung von Ergebnis- und Abweichungsanalysen
  • Mitarbeit beim Jahres-, Quartals- und Monatsabschluss
  • Reporting an die Geschäftsführung, Bereichs- und Finanzleitung
  • Weiterentwicklung der Controlling-Standards

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlicher Fachrichtung (Universität, Fachhochschule) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Einschlägige mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Excelkenntnisse
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität und Lösungsorientierung
  • Offenheit, Neugier sowie selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke

Angebot

  • Dienstort in 1220 Wien, Traisengasse 5; Vollzeit (37,5 Stunden)
  • Anstellungsbeginn: ehestmöglich

Die Einstufung erfolgt gemäß dem AGES Kollektivvertrag. Das kollektivvertragliche Bruttojahresgehalt liegt bei Vollzeit zwischen 51.697,80 Euro (F4/1) und 77.926,80 Euro (F6/12), mit der Möglichkeit zur Überzahlung. Die Zielstufe für diese Position ist F6.
