In your role, you will drive effective cross-functional collaboration and provide reliable financial leadership by overseeing reporting, forecasting, compliance, strategic planning, cost initiatives, government grant processes, and lead the Controlling Team.

• Your Responsibilities
• •Lead and develop the Controlling Team, fostering a positive culture and high-performance mindset
• •Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to enable informed business decisions
• •Partner closely with Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and other business functions to support business objectives
• •Identify opportunities to improve profitability, optimize costs, and enhance overall business performance
• •Provide meaningful financial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making
• •Support strategic projects through business case evaluations, ROI simulations, and investment analyses
• •Oversee OPEX and CAPEX performance while promoting continuous improvement across controlling activities

• Your Profile
• •Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• •Experience in Operations Controlling, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• •Solid leadership experience with the ability to develop, motivate, and inspire teams
• •Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
• •Advanced SAP (FI/CO, BW, BPC) knowledge
• •Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business insights and recommendations
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Business-oriented approach with a strong understanding of operational processes
• •Strong ownership mentality with a proactive and results-driven approach
• •Fluent in German and English
