DAS ERWARTET SIE

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines kleinen Teams sowie Unterstützung des CFO
  • Optimierung von Controlling-Prozessen und -Instrumenten sowie des Berichtswesens
  • Schnittstelle und kompetente Ansprechperson
  • Enge Abstimmung im kleinen Führungsteam: Leitung Debitoren, Kreditoren und Bilanzierung & Projekte
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Betreuung und Beratung der österreichischen Händlerbetriebe
  • Entwicklung und Erstellung von österreichweiten Benchmark-Analysen
  • Erstellung von monatlichem Reporting, Abweichungs- und Ad-hoc-Analysen sowie Budgets, Forecasts und Ergebnisrechnungen
  • Unterstützung bei operativen Projekten sowie Systemimplementierungen und -weiterentwicklungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Governance-Themen: Internes Kontroll-System, Steuer-Kontroll-System sowie Anfragen von Wirtschaftsprüfern und Finanzämtern

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, FH, Uni o.Ä.)
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Controlling/Finance
  • Sehr gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office; SAP von Vorteil)
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationstalent und soziale Kompetenz
  • Zuverlässigkeit und hohe Vertrauenswürdigkeit
  • Stark ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Zahlenaffinität und Kostenbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz, Teamgeist sowie einer analytischen und lösungsorientierten Denkweise
