Wir suchen einen Controller für unsere Finanzabteilung.

Mit folgenden Aufgaben:

  • Budgetplanung, Forecasts und Mittelfristplanung inkl. Analyse von Plan-Ist-Abweichungen
  • Aufbau & Weiterentwicklung von Kostenrechnungssystemen und Bestandsmanagement
  • CAPEX-Planung, Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen & Business Cases
  • Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Werkleitung und operativen Bereichen, Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Sicherstellung von Compliance, internen Kontrollen & Audit-Anforderungen
  • Mitwirkung an Prozessoptimierungen und Systemprojekten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Finance oder Controlling
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling/Finanzmanagement, idealerweise in Produktion/Industrie
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen & Excel
  • Analytisch, lösungsorientiert, kommunikativ
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
