Wir suchen für unsere Zentrale in Köln ab sofort, in Vollzeit, unbefristet einen

Controller m/w/d Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Strategische Beratung der Geschäftsführung auf Basis fundierter betriebswirtschaftlicher Analysen und Prognosen
  • Analyse und Optimierung interner Prozesse sowie Entwicklung eines entscheidungsorientierten Berichtswesens
  • Koordinierung und Durchführung des Budgetierungsprozesses sowie von monatlichen SOLL- / IST-Abweichungsanalysen
  • Erarbeitung von Gegenmaßnahmen bei negativen Abweichungen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Controllingwerkzeuge zu einem integrierten Management-Informations-System
  • Durchführung des internen und externen Reportings
  • Betreuung und Optimierung der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung
  • Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Auswertungen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebs- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise als Dipl.-Betriebswirt (m/w/d), Dipl.-Kaufmann (m/w/d), Dipl.-Ökonom (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar Bachelor / Master
  • Professioneller Umgang mit MS Office insbesondere Excel, wünschenswert VBA und MS Access / SQL
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, ausgeprägte Projekt- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Teamgeist und hohe Belastbarkeit
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Eigenständigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
