Controller (m/w/d)

  • Sie denken analytisch und behalten auch bei komplexen Zusammenhängen den Überblick?
  • Dann werden Sie Teil der JOEST group und unterstützen unser #JOESTeam im Controlling in Teil- oder Vollzeit.

Ihre Kernaufgaben im Team

  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Reportings und der Kennzahlensysteme
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie beim monatlichen Berichtswesen
  • Erstellung der jährlichen Budgetplanung sowie des unterjährigen Forecasts
  • Erstellung der Deckungsbeitragsrechnung
  • Durchführung der Investitions- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnung
  • Unterstützung beim Beteiligungscontrolling der ausländischen Standorte
  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen und Ad-hoc Analysen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Kalkulationssysteme
  • Mitwirkung bei Sonderaufgaben und Projekten in einem dynamischen Maschinenbauunternehmen

Darum sind Sie unsere erste Wahl

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit zusätzlicher Weiterbildung Schwerpunkt Controlling/Rechnungswesen oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Studium
  • Berufserfahrungen im Controlling idealerweise in einem Industrieunternehmen
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Infor) und BI-Lösungen
  • Analytische und unternehmerische Denkweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
