## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung, Analyse und Kommentierung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Unterstützung bei Budget- und Forecastprozessen
  • Soll-Ist-Abweichungsanalysen, Profitabilitäts- und Rentabilitätsanalysen
  • Business Partner für die Fachbereiche und das Management in kaufmännischen Fragestellungen
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten (z.B. Ausbau des Bestands-, Projekt- und Kostencontrollings)
  • Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungsvorhaben im Finanzbereich, insbesondere im Umfeld Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O und Power BI
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Reporting-Landschaft
  • Erstellen von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Sonderauswertungen

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen / Controlling
  • Berufserfahrung im Controlling von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse des MS-Office-Paketes (insbesondere Excel) sowie modernen BI-Tools (idealerweise Power BI)
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Kommunikationskompetenz, sicheres Auftreten
  • Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Verständnis für bereichsübergreifende Unternehmensprozesse
