Aufgabengebiet

  • Verantwortliche Mitwirkung bei Planung, Budgetierung und Forecasting (Konzern)
  • -Erstellung von Reports und (Ad-hoc-) Analysen sowie von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen
  • -Weiterentwicklung bestehender Controlling-Prozesse und Reportingtools
  • -Mitwirkung bei der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • -Ansprechpartner/in für das Management in Fragen im Bereich Controlling
  • -Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Konzernrechnungswesen
  • -Verantwortliche Mitwirkung bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen und/oder Controlling - oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • -Mehrjährige, relevante Berufserfahrung in einem (idealerweise international tätigen) Unternehmen
  • -Sehr gute MS Office- (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint) sowie ERP-System- (idealerweise SAP- ) Kenntnisse
  • -Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • -Sorgfältiger, strukturierter und selbstständiger Arbeitsstil mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • -Hohes Maß an Engagement, ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • -Unternehmerisches und proaktives Denken und Handeln
