Controller (m/w/d)

Standort: Mannheim

in Teilzeit (30 Std./Woche) zu besetzen.

Deine Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

  • Analyse der Geschäftsentwicklung, Erläuterung der Monatsergebnisse und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Controlling-Konzepte und -Prozesse, auch unter Einsatz von KI und Automatisierung
  • Business Partner für die Fachbereiche in betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
  • Mitwirkung im Forecast- und Planungsprozess
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Themenbereichen und Übernahme von Verantwortung in funktionsübergreifenden Projekten
  • Dein Profil:
  • Wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Hochschulausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Controlling und Finanzen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP FI/CO, idealerweise SAP BW, sowie modernen Planungs/Reporting-Tools (z. B. Anaplan, PowerBI)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Reporting, Forecast und Budget
  • Sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit entsprechender Argumentationsstärke
