## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Aktive Weiterentwicklung des wirtschaftlichen Controllings und des Reportings
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Entgeltverhandlungen mit der DRV gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Analysen, Berichte und Kennzahlen
  • Koordination und Unterstützung der jährlichen Wirtschaftsplanung
  • Erstellung von Statistiken
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung für unseren Akut-Bereich

## Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Krankenhaus- oder Reha-Controlling oder einer vergleichbaren Position im Gesundheitswesen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Krankenhausfinanzierung und im Rechnungswesen sowie ausgeprägte Zahlen- und Datenaffinität
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Grundkenntnisse in Medizin, Pflege und Therapie sind wünschenswert
