Zur Unterstützung unserer wachsenden Beratungsgesellschaft suchen wir einen Controller (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf Finance und Projektcontrolling.

# Ihre Aufgaben

  • Projekt- und Finance controlling (Budget, Aufwand, Marge)
  • Erstellung von Reports inkl. Soll-Ist-Analysen
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Reporting-Dashboards (Power BI)
  • Unterstützung bei Finanzplanung und Forecasts
  • Mitwirkung bei ERP- und Prozessprojekten bei Kunden
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsführung, Projektteams und Kunden

# Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung im Controlling (Finance & Projektcontrolling)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, idealerweise Power BI
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. Business Central, DATEV) von Vorteil
  • Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on Mentalität

  • Einsatz intern (GmbH) und in Kundenprojekten
  • Arbeitszeit flexibel: Nebenjob bis ca. 30 Std./Woche
  • Remote-Anteil möglich
