Ihre Aufgaben

  • Engagierte Mitwirkung an Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten sowie der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung
  • Erstellung betriebswirtschaftlicher Auswertungen im Rahmen des Kostenmanagements und Unterstützung bei der Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Kostenoptimierung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von finanzwirtschaftlichen Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management
  • Kritische Analyse der Wertströme im Vertriebs- und Exportumfeld mit Fokus auf der laufenden Überwachung der erzielten Deckungsbeiträge
  • Sicherstellung und Prüfung der Einhaltung definierter operativer Prozesse als Schnittstelle zu den Fachabteilungen
  • Unterstützung bei gezielten, controllingspezifischen Fragestellungen aus dem Produktionsumfeld
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Controlling- und Reportingsysteme wie der SAP Analytics Cloud und Begleitung der Transformation in die Fiori-Welt von S/4HANA
  • Übernahme von spannenden Projektarbeiten sowie Sonderaufgaben im Controlling

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling / Finance
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, vorzugsweise im Financial- oder Kostencontrolling eines Industrieunternehmens, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung im operativen Vertriebscontrolling
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Excel
  • Idealerweise SAP-Kenntnisse mit Schwerpunkt CO/FI; Kenntnisse in den Modulen SD und PP von Vorteil
  • Großes Interesse an der Schnittstellenarbeit zwischen Finanzen, operativen Vertriebsprozessen und der Produktion
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Prozess- und Compliance-Verständnis
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen bei der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Schnittstellen
