Controller (m/w/d) im Öffentlichen Dienst

  • Standort: Bremen
  • Arbeitszeit: 39,2 Stunden pro Woche

  • Für unseren Kunden in Bremen im öffentlichen Dienst suchen wir einen Controller (m/w/d)
  • Die Aufgaben:
  • Beratung der Führungsebene in sämtlichen Angelegenheiten rund um das Thema Controlling
  • Erstellung von Soll- Ist-Vergleichen und Einleitung von Gegensteuerungsmaßnahmen
  • Erstellung von Ad-hoc-, Kosten-, Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Finanzanalysen
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachbereichen, Gremien, Führungsebenen und Behörden
  • Weiterentwicklung eines betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlensystems und Berichterstattung
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium gerne mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling
  • Sie haben mindestens erste Berufserfahrung, gerne mehr
  • Sie sind Excel-Profi und haben idealerweise bereits mit SAP gearbeitet
  • Sie sind zahlenaffin, arbeiten sehr analytisch/sorgfältig und können zudem auch in Gruppen klar und deutlich Kommunizieren
  • Das erwartet Sie:
  • Eine Einstiegschance in den Öffentlichen Dienst
  • Ein Gehalt zwischen 49.000€ und 62.500€ p.a.
  • Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln
  • Nach der Übernahme einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag
  • Flexible Arbeitszeiten/ Gleitzeit
  • Ein familienfreundliches Umfeld
  • Eine 39,2 Stundenwoche
