Bei unserem Kunden, der größte deutsche Immobiliendienstleister mit Sitz und im Eigentum des Landes Berlin in Berlin-Tiergarten, erwartet Sie eine abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Position in Vollzeit , Teilzeit nach Absprache möglich. Im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen:

Controller (m/w/d) öffentlicher Dienst

Die Anstellung ist vorerst bis zum 31.12.2028 befristet.

Ihre Aufgaben als Controller (m/w/d) im öffentlichen Dienst

Erstellung und Entwicklung der Managementberichte

Begleitung der mittel- und langfristigen Planung

Erstellung monatlicher Auswertungen und Abweichungsanalysen unter Berücksichtigung von Plan, Ist und Forecast

Analyse der Ergebnisse anhand von Benchmark- und Kennzahlenvergleichen

Bearbeitung vom Anfragen aus Presse, Politik und anderen Stakeholdern

Weiterentwicklung der Reporting- und Controllingsysteme

Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Auswertungen

Unterstützung bei internen und externen Prüfungen

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereic h Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Controlling, Rechnungswesen, Immobilienwirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Controller (m/w/d), vorzugsweise in der Immobilienwirtschaft

Erfahrungen mit Controlling/Planungssystemen sowie Power Query und Power BI

Erfahrungen in der HGB-Rechnungslegung sowie im Finanzmanagement wünschenswert

Sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und SAP

Analytische Fähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsvermögen, hohe Zahlenaffinität und Flexibilität
