Wir suchen Sie für unseren Bereich Kaufmännische Services am Standort Mannheim oder Offenbach (Frankfurt am Main).

Das erwartet Sie bei uns:

  • Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung, Analyse und Kommentierung von Personalbudget und Personalbestand im Rahmen der Wirtschaftsplanung sowie der regelmäßigen Forecast-Prozesse
  • Erstellung und laufende Pflege von Budget-, Liquiditäts- und Forderungsübersichten sowie Überwachung relevanter Kennzahlen
  • Bearbeitung und Freigabe von Eingangsrechnungen sowie Unterstützung im Debitoren- und Kreditorenmanagement
  • Mitarbeit im Bestellwesen einschließlich Budgetprüfung, Administration und Durchführung von Bestellprozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit konzerninternen Dienstleistern und Fachbereichen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Finanzen, Personal und Einkauf

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Personalcontrolling oder Rechnungswesen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den Vorgaben des HGB sowie den Grundsätzen ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • SAP S/4HANA-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit BI-Tools sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikations- und Teamstärke
