  • Für ein Unternehmen aus dem kaufmännischen und industriellen Umfeld in der Region Bonn suchen wir im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung einen Controller (m/w/d). Die Aufgabe umfasst die Erstellung von Reportings, die Analyse betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen sowie die Unterstützung bei Budget- und Forecast-Prozessen. Sie arbeiten eng mit Geschäftsführung, Buchhaltung und Fachbereichen zusammen und sorgen für transparente, belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlagen.

Ihr neuer Job:

  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresreportings
  • Analyse von Kennzahlen, Abweichungen und Kostenstrukturen
  • Mitwirkung bei Budget- und Forecast-Prozessen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Tools und Reportingstrukturen
  • Unterstützung bei Investitions- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, Buchhaltung und Fachbereichen

Ihr Profil:

  • kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und ERP-Systemen
  • analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke
