We’re currently looking for Controls Commissioning Engineer to join our team in Spain. This is a hands-on role, focused on performing electrical and PLC software commissioning on automated warehouse and material handling systems at customer sites, helping bring complex automation solutions into operation safely, on time, and to specification. Tasks and Qualifications:

• •Complete pre-commissioning (electrical commissioning) of standard Dematic solutions, per discipline.
• •Participate in pre-commissioning of non-standard/third-party solutions under guidance and supervision
• •Participate in the design of semi-complex systems that integrate hardware and software.
• •Participate in recommending ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction.
• •To promote personal and business continuous improvement and development of processes to achieve improved time cost and quality or project delivery.
• •Lead commissioning/design efforts for semi-complex areas with assitance.
• •Participates in the PLC software design
• •Participate in commissioning on-site
• •Participate in software PLC emulation development and testing of semi-complex systems
• •Participation in Hotline support
• •Participate in host integration and postgolive support on site

Requirements :

• •Studies related to Electrical/Controls Engineering
• •Experience in a similar role
• •Good understanding of PLC, HMI, SCADA development and commissioning software
• •Hands-on experience with electrical commissioning.
• •Good understanding of Electrical and Electronic technical manuals & drawings
• •Understanding of distributed control systems desirable not essential
• •Understanding of automated warehouse desirable not essential
• •Ability to travel to customer sites, both domestically and internationally (60-80%).
• •Full driver’s license to support the travel requirements of the role.
