We are looking for a Control Systems Engineer to join our Research & Development team and help develop the next generation of high-efficiency cooling and heat-rejection systems.

This is a hands-on opportunity for an engineer who enjoys combining software, automation, controls, and real-world equipment to solve challenging engineering problems.

What You'll Do

• •Design and develop industrial control strategies using Function Block Diagram (FBD) programming.
• •Develop and test control software for data center cooling equipment.
• •Integrate and test controls on prototype systems in the R&D laboratory.
• •Work with mechanical and electrical engineers to define equipment sequences and operating modes.
• •Develop and tune PID and cascaded control loops .
• •Configure sensors, actuators, variable-speed drives, controllers, and automation hardware.
• •Support testing, data collection, and analysis of control-system performance.
• •Troubleshoot software, electrical, and system-level control issues.
• •Maintain software documentation, version control, and revision history.
• •Support the transition of successful R&D solutions into production.
• •Contribute to product testing, commissioning, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• •Degree in Control Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, Automation Engineering , or a related discipline.
• •3+ years of experience developing software or controls for industrial systems.
• •Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, cooling, process control, or industrial automation.
• •Strong experience with Function Block Diagram programming .
• •Understanding of control systems, PID tuning, equipment sequencing, and system dynamics.
• •Experience with industrial sensors, programmable controllers, and automation hardware.
• •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• •Comfortable working hands-on with prototype equipment.
• •Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with:

• •Carel controls
• •Automated Logic Controls (ALC)
• •Siemens controllers
• •BACnet or Modbus
• •Data center cooling
• •Refrigeration or thermal management
• •Prototype development and product validation
• •Software version control and structured release processes
