What You'll Do

As a Cook, you will play an important role in creating enjoyable and nutritious dining experiences for our residents. Responsibilities include:

• •Prepare meals according to established menus, recipes, and dietary requirements
• •Ensure meals are prepared and served safely and on time
• •Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
• •Work closely with dietary and nursing staff to meet residents' needs
• •Help create a welcoming and positive dining experience for our residents
• •Assist with other kitchen and food service duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• •Previous cooking or food service experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
• •Dependability and a strong work ethic
• •Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• •Basic computer skills
• •Ability to understand and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English is required
