Key Responsibilities:

Coordinar actividades de cierre de mes de acuerdo a los siguiente

Supervisión de facturación y registros contables a más tardar los 28 de cada mes

Supervisión registro contable de pago a fondeadores a través de la propuesta de pagos

Control de activos fijos en contabilidad, realizar inventarios físicos

Calculo de depreciaciones y amortizaciones de activos fijos

Integración de cedulas analíticas de estados financieros

Revisión y aprobación de conciliaciones bancarias compartidas no mayores a 60 días

Verificación de los saldos en cuentas contables, revisión de balanza de comprobaciones

Soporte en auditorias (atención y seguimiento)

Contabilidad Electrónica (presentación mensual ante las autoridades)

Impuestos determinación y presentación según fechas establecidas por la autoridad

Revisión propuesta de pagos

Llenado de reportes a requerimiento de VFI (oralyc)

Elaboración y seguimiento del Presupuesto Anual

Cierre contable (8vo día hábil de cada mes)

Conciliaciones bancarias sin atrasos

Enviado de información a autoridades fiscales en tiempo y forma de acuerdo a fechas establecidas por la autoridad
